Refunds and Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions should always have a clear renewal cadence, a visible cancel path, and a straightforward explanation of what happens to access after cancellation.

How Cancellation Works

If you are on a recurring plan, you should be able to cancel through your billing management flow or by contacting support using the published support method. Cancellation should stop future renewals unless the plan clearly states otherwise.

If you cancel mid-cycle, your access to SEMIPRO.COACH normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the product explicitly says the plan ends immediately.

Where coaching services are also delivered through TrainingPeaks, email, messaging, calls, or other external channels, cancelling a platform subscription does not automatically change any separate coaching arrangement unless that has been explicitly agreed.

Refund Position

Subscription payments for SEMIPRO.COACH access are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. SEMIPRO Limited may issue refunds only for duplicate billing or clear service error.

This rule should be stated consistently anywhere a customer can buy, renew, or ask for billing help.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Incorrect plan assignment or billing error caused by the service.
  • Clear service error affecting paid access.
  • Local consumer-law rights that require a refund or cancellation option.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Offered

  • Partial use of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Change of mind after substantial use of platform features, coaching support features, or analysis features.
  • Performance outcomes that do not meet a user’s personal expectations.

Access After Failed Payment

SEMIPRO.COACH may offer a short grace period after a failed payment before platform access is removed. If a grace period exists, publish the rule consistently in your plan-access messaging and support material.

Operator Note Before Launch

SEMIPRO Limited uses a strict refund position: no refunds except duplicate billing or clear service error. What matters most operationally is applying that rule consistently and making cancellation easy to find.
