Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to coaches, athletes, and any other users who access SEMIPRO.COACH. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the related policies linked from the site.

What the Service Does

SEMIPRO.COACH provides software to support coaching workflows, athlete planning, training analysis, event preparation, billing access control, and community participation. Features may change over time, and some features may be in active development.

The platform may be used as part of a broader coaching service delivered across SEMIPRO.COACH, TrainingPeaks, email, messaging, calls, or other communication channels selected by the coach.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login access secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts for misuse, non-payment, abuse of community features, or security concerns.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to break the law, harass others, infringe rights, or interfere with product operations.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass access controls, or access another user’s data without permission.
• Do not upload malicious code, misleading content, or content you do not have the right to use.

Coaching, Training, and AI Output

SEMIPRO.COACH offers coaching and analysis support tools. The service may generate AI-assisted observations, summaries, or planning suggestions. These outputs are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Athletes remain responsible for their own training decisions, effort, recovery, equipment choices, and medical care. Coaches remain responsible for professional judgment when using the platform with athletes. The platform supports coaching delivery, but it does not define the full scope of any separate coach-athlete relationship.

Billing and Paid Plans

• Paid access may renew automatically until cancelled.
• Plan details, billing cadence, and current prices must be presented at checkout or before payment is taken.
• You must have an easy way to manage billing or cancel if you are on a recurring paid plan.
• Access to SEMIPRO.COACH features may be limited or removed for failed payment, expired plans, or cancelled subscriptions, subject to any grace period the business chooses to offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate coaching agreement, cancellation or expiry of a SEMIPRO.COACH subscription affects platform access and related billing, but does not by itself redefine any separate coaching arrangement delivered outside the platform.

Community Features

If you participate in SEMIPRO.COACH community spaces, you also agree to the community guidelines. We may moderate, hide, remove, or report content that breaks those rules or creates safety issues.

Intellectual Property

The SEMIPRO.COACH service, branding, design, and software are owned by the business operating the platform or its licensors. Users keep ownership of the content they upload, but grant SEMIPRO.COACH permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Service Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEMIPRO.COACH is provided on an as-is basis. SEMIPRO Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes should be posted on the site with an updated effective date.
